Wild Beasts have toured across the globe but they come to South East Asia for the first time this month! And we almost didn’t get them – after Hostess Weekend fell through the whole tour was almost cancelled but Scorched and Wild Beasts pulled through to make sure this tour happened.

Departing from the mainstream, Wild Beasts are a rare breath of fresh air. They don’t sound like any boys-with-guitars band you’ve ever heard. Scorched cannot wait for one of Britian’s most vital and innovative bands to hit the stage across South East Asia. They kick off the tour in South Korea tomorrow, visiting Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam before wrapping it up in China.

“No such flimsy frippery here, for Wild Beasts are deadly serious, something that comes across both lyrically and in the strength of the arrangements, the thought that’s gone into the juxtaposition of rough and skin-soft sonics throughout.” – Luke Turner, The Quietus

“Wild Beasts still sound like nobody else but themselves…they’ve done so with such exquisite attention to detail, you can’t help but submit to their advances.” – Sam Richards, Uncut
